{"id":5349,"date":"2019-05-17T11:00:18","date_gmt":"2019-05-17T11:00:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.albertsenvanhuut.nl\/portfolio-items\/centrumplan-bathmen\/"},"modified":"2020-02-21T15:14:40","modified_gmt":"2020-02-21T15:14:40","slug":"centrumplan-bathmen","status":"publish","type":"avada_portfolio","link":"https:\/\/www.maxvanhuut.nl\/dev\/en\/portfolio-items\/centrumplan-bathmen\/","title":{"rendered":"Renovation and extension Community School (part of the center plan) | Bathmen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our center plan for Bathmen consisted of an integrated approach to the following buildings and infrastructure:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adaptations to the Bathmen town hall in multifunctional accommodation<\/li>\n<li>New construction and renovation OBS Village school with kindergarten<\/li>\n<li>New building for public library<\/li>\n<li>Renovation and extension of gym<\/li>\n<li>Renovation and expansion of the Braakhekke cultural center<\/li>\n<li>Due to municipal reorganisation, only the Community School has been realised as part of the center plan. VO was made for the other provisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A total of 12 classrooms have been realised with a playgroup. Everything grouped around a spacious, open and central hall. The playgroup and the lower and upper buildings have their own entrance and play area. Exchanging these facilities can increase the development opportunities of the children.<\/p>\n<p>The students and users of the school were involved in the design process.
